Prepare meals and organize hospitality for a variety of church events including Annual Meeting, Men’s Good Friday Breakfast, Women’s Tea, and more. Regular meetings are the first Monday of the month at 7:00PM in the Heritage Room.

One thing we value at Shiloh is our connectedness as a body of faith. This includes keeping in contact and providing spiritual support for those who are homebound or physically unable to attend our regular worship and other activities.

Team members keep contact with homebound members through phone calls, cards and letters, as well as home visits when requested. This team also coordinates Christmas caroling in December, and delivering audio recordings of worship services to our homebound members.

This team supports the spiritual growth and faith formation for members of all ages.

Currently Shiloh offers an adult Bible study class that meets each Sunday following worship (10:15) in the Heritage Room. This class takes a deeper look at the scriptures used in worship. Confirmation class is available for youth in grade 7 and older. There are also periodic short-term (4-6 week) studies offered on a particular theme or season.

This team also tries to organize several inter-generational mission or fellowship activities each year.

Named because Shiloh is on a journey of faith, inviting others to journey with us. Current focus for 2017 is to continue our Open and Affirming work by becoming A2A (Accessible to All) rated. Meetings are the 3rd Monday of each month, 7:00PM in the Heritage Room. This team also sponsors the Annual Transgender Day of Remembrance Vigil.

Meets Sunday mornings for prayer 8:15-8:45AM each Sunday in the Library Room. Newcomers and drop-ins are always welcome to come and learn more about prayer, experience different types of prayer, as well as pray for each other, the community and global concerns.

An ongoing prayer group responds to prayer requests as they come up. Members are normally notified of requests and updates by email, and pray individually from home.
